Our event location with direct location on the Jakobsweg via Baltica is located at the gates of the Hanseatic city of Stralsund, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Relax in nature and enjoy the beauty of the Mecklenburg-Vorpommern Baltic Sea coast.
A really beautiful place on the Baltic Sea about 20 km from the island of Rügen. You celebrate in an original preserved old dance hall and everything that belongs to celebrate. The large terrace and the adjacent park invites you to linger.
Here no one disturbs and you will not be disturbed.

Our old dance hall with original preserved herringbone parquet covers 250 m2 and can accommodate up to 150 people. You can arrange your celebration freely, whether at a long table in the hall, in the park lounge or on the 150 m2 terrace.
To give your buffet your own touch, a kitchen with stove, dishwasher, dishes and glasses as well as various kitchen utensils is at your disposal.
The old 2nd guest room, left in its original state, can be used to present your buffet or to have breakfast together the next morning.
A music and light system is available, so that you can shake a leg in the evening.
About the history…
Since the beginning of the 19th century there has been the Zarrendorf country inn with a constantly changing face: from the small tavern with in-house butchery ,to the hottest “disco bar” of the district, to the dining restaurant with a large dance and banquet hall.
From 1980 Eberhard and Ulrike Graap ran the former Konsumgaststätte.
Since 1991 the restaurant has been owned by our family.
2021 the change of generations, new and wonderful things came into being. After extensive renovation work, now shines in new splendor the “Old dance hall Zarrendorf” and with it stylish accommodation in a rural idyll.
